How much is the diagnostic?
$175 on most vehicles, $200 for European vehicles and $250 for diesels, because those take longer. In every case the fee is credited toward the repair if you have us do the work.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the job and the parts. We give you a realistic pickup time when you drop off, tell you before we start if a part has to be ordered, and text you when it's ready.
Do you work on my make?
Yes. Domestic, Asian and European, cars and light trucks, gas and diesel.
Will you call before doing extra work?
Always. You see the findings with photos, we prepare an estimate for the work you want done, and nothing is done without your approval.
What's the warranty?
Repairs using new parts are backed by our 12-month / 12,000-mile parts-and-labor warranty. Used parts are sold without warranty unless a specific written warranty is stated for that job. Details are on the warranty page.
Can I bring my own parts?
No. We supply the parts we install so we can verify fit, quality and the repair we're standing behind.
Can you help with a tow?
Yes. Give us a call. We work with trusted towing partners and can help you arrange service to the shop.
Do you offer financing?
