Porsche diagnostics, service and repairs
A check engine light or drivability diagnostic is $200 on European vehicles, credited toward the repair if we do the work. Oil service uses the spec the engine calls for; most Porsche engines take more than 5 quarts, so the $119 full synthetic oil change is priced for the actual capacity and filter, quoted before we start. Brakes begin with a $75 inspection that's credited toward the repair. We also handle cooling system leaks and overheating, A/C, and batteries, starters and alternators. Parts are listed on your estimate; we supply the parts we install.
Porsche smog checks
Gasoline Porsches take the standard smog check, $58 with the certificate. Aftermarket exhaust or intake parts must carry a CARB EO number or the visual inspection fails. Details on the smog check page.

We test them, but a non-CARB exhaust or intake fails the visual inspection regardless of the tailpipe numbers. Check for the CARB EO number before you come in.
What is the warranty on Porsche repairs?
Repairs using new parts carry our 12-month / 12,000-mile parts-and-labor warranty. Used parts are sold without warranty unless a specific written warranty is stated.
