Hyundai's long powertrain warranty for the original owner depends on maintenance being done on schedule and documented. We follow the interval in your owner's manual, use the oil spec the engine calls for, and hand you an itemized invoice each visit so your records are complete. Full synthetic oil change is $119 with up to 5 quarts and the filter; brake fluid and other services on the schedule are quoted before we start.
Hyundai repairs we handle
A check engine light, a rough idle or a no-start gets a $175 diagnostic, credited toward the repair if we do the work. Brake pads and rotors start with a $75 inspection that's also credited. We repair A/C, cooling systems, starting and charging, and transmissions. If a problem is covered by a Hyundai recall or campaign we tell you, because that work belongs at the dealer at no charge to you.
Hyundai smog checks
Gasoline and hybrid Hyundais take the standard smog check, $58 with the certificate. Walk in Monday through Saturday; most tests take about 20 to 25 minutes once the car is in the bay. If it fails and we do the repair, the re-test is free. See the smog check page.

No. Having maintenance done at an independent shop does not void a manufacturer warranty when it's done on schedule and documented. We give you an itemized invoice for your records every time.
