Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and gather information about their vehicle service needs
• Create accurate repair orders and explain service recommendations
• Communicate with technicians to understand repair needs and timelines
• Provide cost estimates and explain repair options to customers
• Update customers on repair status and any additional service needs
• Process payments and explain completed work to customers
• Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain customer relationships
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (automotive experience preferred but not required)
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
