Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, fuel systems, and related components
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial vehicles and fleet equipment
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot issues
• Repair and maintain exhaust systems, including DPF and emissions components
• Perform diesel smog checks and emissions testing
• Document all work performed and parts used accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Stay current with diesel technology and repair techniques

Qualifications

• 3+ years of diesel engine repair experience
• Experience with commercial vehicles and fleet maintenance
• Knowledge of diesel emissions systems and regulations
• Experience with diagnostic equipment and scan tools
• Own basic hand tools
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• ASE certification preferred
• DOT inspection certification a plus
